As per the Syrian observatory for human rights airstrikes in Syrian city Raqqa left at least 13 jihadists and 10 civilians dead on Tuesday.
The warplans are believed to have belonged to the Russian airforce or the al-assad government. and were targeting position belonging to the Islamic state ( ISIS) the militant group sazed control of Raqqanin January 2014.
