The environment, forest's and climate change ministry on Friday launched post -doctoral research fellowship for scientists in the name of dr.abj.abdul kalam.the. three year fellowship will provide scientists aged below 35. Who either have a PHD in subjects related to environment and ecology or are about to procure it with an annual contingency grant of a 1.5 lakh among others.
